I can't sign up for a Voxpopme Moments account

If you're struggling to sign up for a Voxpopme Moments account, it may be for one of the following reasons:

The Project Code you've entered is incorrect

When signing up for a Voxpopme Moments account, you will be asked to enter a Project Code. If you have trouble when selecting 'Sign up', please double check the Project Code has been entered correctly. This will be found in your invite email. 

The Project Code you've entered does not exist

When signing up for a Voxpopme Moments account, you will be asked to enter a Project Code. If you have not been emailed with the unique Project Code to enter at sign up stage, you won't be able to sign up for a Voxpopme Moments account. Please contact your research contact to receive your Project Code. 

Your Voxpopme Moments account has not been verified

Once you have completed the sign-up screen, a verification email will be sent to the account of the email address you used when registering. Head to your emails, grab the code and enter this into the app to complete the sign-up process.
