Why some questions may no longer be available by the time you open them.
Why can notifications be delayed?
We send you a push notification for every question available in your question stream. However, the arrival of these notifications can sometimes be delayed for a number of reasons:
✓ Your device may have had a poor internet connection at the time the notification was sent
✓ Your device could have been switched off or in airplane mode
✓ When your device comes back online, it will display all missed notifications — but there is no guarantee those questions will still be available
Why might a question no longer be available?
Even if you receive a notification, a question may no longer be available for a few reasons:
✓ Some questions have a low quota — that quota may have been fulfilled by the time you selected the question
✓ Some questions have very short expiry periods
✓ Some questions are completed in a very short time
What should I do?
We advise you to try and respond to a question as soon as possible after receiving your notification and upload your video.
💡 Don't worry — there will be plenty of questions in the future for you to answer!
Keep an eye on your notifications and respond quickly to give yourself the best chance of completing each question.
