Why am I having uploading issues?
Problems of this nature usually occur when there is an issue with your internet connection. When uploading future responses, try switching your internet source (e.g. from WiFi to 3G or vice versa).
💡 We recommend: uploading your videos over WiFi rather than your mobile network for the best results.
How to fix an upload that's stuck
If your upload isn't progressing, follow these steps:
✓ Try quitting and restarting the app
✓ If that doesn't help, try reinstalling Influence — this should solve the problem
