A guide to resolving the most common login issues on the Influence app.
Internet connection issues
If you're seeing a connection error, this could mean your internet connection is down or there are unknown causes for your login issue.
✓ Exit the app and try again after a few minutes
✓ Try switching to another internet connection (from 3G to WiFi or vice versa)
Email login issues
If you're having trouble logging in with your email address:
✓ Check your email address and password are entered correctly
✓ If you don't remember your password, please reset it
⚠️ Please note: some accounts are suspended for breaching our terms and conditions. These users will no longer be able to log in with that account.
Facebook login issues
