How and when you get paid — for video responses and mission bonuses
You've put in the effort, completing video questions, reviewing products, visiting stores, or trying something new. Here's exactly what happens next and when your payment will land.
Getting paid for your video responses
Every time you're invited to answer video questions, the payment for each video is shown upfront, before you begin. No surprises.
Once you've submitted your responses, here's the process:
✓ Submit your video response
✓ Your response is reviewed and approved
✓ Payment is made upon approval
As soon as your response is approved, your payment is triggered; no waiting around.
⚠️ Please note: if your responses have been declined, you will not receive the funds for the video responses.
Getting paid for completing a mission
A mission is a task-based study; it might involve completing a series of video questions, reviewing a product, visiting a store, or trying out an experience. When you opted in, you would have seen the total payment on offer.
💡 This payment is made up of two parts: a payment for each video question you complete, plus a bonus for finishing the full mission.
On top of your payment per video, you'll also receive a bonus incentive for completing the full mission. Here's how it works:
✓ Submit all required video responses for the mission
✓ Your full submission is reviewed and marked as approved
✓ Your bonus incentive is processed, usually within 10 working days of approval
Your invitation to the mission will also include the expected payment timeline!
⚠️ Please note: if you have not completed the full task, you may receive payment for some video questions, but you won't be eligible for any additional.
