Interview Rooms - System requirements

Interview rooms are run through a web browser on your device, so you will need to make sure you have a reliable internet connection, we suggest connecting to wifi if you join via a mobile device. 

The Interview room will aim to maximise the quality of the experience (such as camera and audio streams) depending on the users connection speeds. You can test your internet connection as part of the joining instructions:

We recommend you have a minimum upload speed of 2mbps, you can check your speed on google. You may also want to stop any other activity that might be using some of your bandwidth such as other music or video streaming, file downloads or transfers.

If joining an Interview room from a mobile device, please ensure both your call volume and your media volume is turned up to be able to hear the audio from the room.

Interview rooms will run on the following browsers:

• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari inc iOS (Version 12.1 or higher)
• Microsoft Edge (Version 80 or higher)

Screen sharing is only supported on desktop browsers.
