Project Setup Wizard: How to set up non-English projects

This flow and functionality is for the Project Setup Wizard ONLY and NOT the embed setup.

Step 1:

Select 'Create Project' from the dashboard or project page.

Step 2:

Select one of the first 6 use cases to start creating your project.

Step 3:

Fill out your project overview and then move on and select your markets.

You will notice that when you select non-English markets that an information message appears below letting you know there may be some associated costs. Don’t worry, at this point all it means is that a member of the Voxpopme team will be in contact to discuss any potential costs with you before the project goes live in these markets.

Step 4:

Select either to ‘Use your own audience’ or 'Use the Voxpopme audience’.

If you select to ‘Use your own audience’ you will be asked for screen out (not completed) and success (completed) URLs along with any hidden fields to capture data you would like passed back into the Voxpopme platform. These links will be the same across all the markets you have selected in this project. 

If you have selected 'Use the Voxpopme audience' we will provide the sample and will be in contact with you to discuss any potential costs post project submission. 

Step 5:

Move through and complete the rest of your project setup, selecting to ‘Use your own audience’ or ‘Use the Voxpopme audience’ along the way. Once you reach the summary page at the end of the project setup and click ‘Submit for Review’ you will see the following information message. You will be required to select the checkbox below to state you have understood the messages above and that no changes can be made to the text past this point.

Note: at this point you have NOT committed to any costs yet this is just an information message. 

Step 6:

Once submitted a member of the Voxpopme team will be in contact with you to talk through the project and any associated costs.

Step 7:

For a ‘Use your own audience’ project the survey links for each market can be found within the left hand panel of the ‘Project Details’ page. Your surveys will not be translated until the project has been approved and any costs signed off.

NOTE: While you will see the links straight away in the lefthand panel they will NOT have the translated copy in them yet. A member of our team will let you know when they are ready. 

If you have selected to ‘Use the Voxpopme audience’ the English markets will launch first (if you have any) followed by the non-English markets. 'Use your own audience' will launch all markets at the same time. 

FAQ’s

1. What if I need to edit the project pre-approval?

   • Duplicate the project and make the needed changes and then re-submit and contact support@voxpopme.com to remove any projects you do not wish to launch

2. What if I need to update the project after it has been been approved or translation have come back?

   • Reach out to the member of the Voxpopme team who got in touch with you to discuss your project originally. They will be able to advise based on the progress of your project.

3. What if I need to update the translated copy that has come back?

   • Reach out to the member of the Voxpopme team who got in touch with you to discuss your project originally. They will be able to advise based on the progress of your project.

4. What if I want different screen out and in URLs on my ‘Use your own audience’ project per market?

   1. If this is the case you will need a different project for each market(s) that requires a different screen in and out URL.
