FAQs:
Q. I don't see these options in my account
A. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@voxpopme.com who will be able to turn on the advanced features for you
Q. What are transcript keywords, and why are they useful?
A. Transcript keywords are specific terms or phrases that participants are likely to use. Adding them helps ensure accurate transcription, which is beneficial for analyzing responses, especially when using colloquial or specialized terms.
Q. How does participant suppression work?
A. Suppression limits how frequently a respondent can join multiple projects. Set the suppression days to prevent recent participants from being invited to new projects within a specific timeframe, with the default set to 180 days.
Q. Can I adjust the video response duration?
A. Yes, you can control the duration, allowing responses to be between 15 and 60 seconds by default, to fit your survey needs.
Q. What if my survey is witten in a non-English language?
A. Make sure to select the option 'Translations are not required for this survey' in the Advanced Settings. By selecting this option, Voxpopme will display your survey in the submitted language without automatic translation.
Q. Can suppression settings be changed during a project?
A. Yes, you can adjust suppression settings mid-project, and for changes at the account level, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@voxpopme.com
