What will the respondent experience look like for my study?

Once you've submitted your project for approval, the Voxpopme team will review it. Dependent on whether you're utilizing the Voxpopme audience, sharing your survey link, or leveraging a third-party panel provider, the experience will look a little bit different. 

Voxpopme Audience Experience

Accessing the survey

The Voxpopme audience will be notified when a new study is available and can hop straight into the app to complete. If you've specified any demographic targeting in your project setup, your study will display only for those that meet that criteria. 

After selecting the survey option at the top of the stream, they will be presented with your screener questions.

1. Respondent views screener questions, stimulus, or AR experience

If the respondent fits the screener questions you've set, they will continue on to your survey. If you have added a stimulus to our study, the respondent will review this first.

2. Respondent answers quantitative questions and video questions

If you have added additional quant questions, these will appear next. Once complete, the respondent will be directed to the video record screen for this question. 

3. Respondent is redirected

After the respondent has recorded and uploaded their video response, they will be directed to the next video question within your study. When the respondent has finished your survey, they can be redirected to any page you set in your project setup. 

Third-Party Panel Experience

For third-party panel providers, our system will create a video feedback survey link, based on the setup entered in project setup. The Voxpopme team will work with our third-party panel providers to capture the video content on your behalf. 

Accessing the survey

Sample coming through third-party providers will be first be asked to opt-in and agree for their videos to be shared with you.

Screener Questions and Stimulus

Next, the respondent will be asked any demographic targeting and screener questions you have submitted. Respondents will be screened out of the study if they don't meet your specified criteria. 

If you have added a stimulus to our study, the respondent will review this first.

Quantitative questions and video survey

The respondent will then be asked any additional quant questions you may have included. These questions will not screen in or out respondents, but will simply capture additional data on your respondents.

The respondent is then shown some recording instructions on how to complete the best video response. Finally, the respondent is asked to record and upload a video response for each video question you have asked.
